Brunch Casserole

8 slices stale bread
½ cup butter
2 cups grated sharp cheese
1 (4oz) can green chilies, chopped
½ cup sliced green onions
8 sliced Canadian bacon, quartered
8 eggs, beaten
2 ½ cup milk
½ cup half and half
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 325°.

Layer bread, bacon and cheese in pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
