Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

2 C margarine, soft
2 C confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 ½ C flour
12 oz pkg. mini chocolate chips

Preheat Oven to 350°

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour and then chips. Roll into logs and chill.

Slice logs and put on cookie sheet. Bake for 11 minutes and cool on racks when done.
