Manicotti

12 uncooked manicotti shells (or 1 box sea shell pasta)
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 ½ tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ cup shredded parmesan
2 (16 oz) jars spaghetti sauce

Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings. Spread 1 jar spaghetti sauce on bottom of ungreased baking dish. Stuff shells with cheese mixture; arrange over sauce and top with remaining jar of sauce.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 min. longer or until cheese is melted and manicotti is heated through.
