8 small new potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. chives
3 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch bottled salad dressing
Salt to taste
Microwave potatoes 4-5 minutes until soft, but not mushy. Stir in butter and chives until potatoes are coated. Microwave 2 more minutes.
Just before serving, coat with dressing. Salt to taste.
