Sausage Balls

1 lb. hot ground sausage
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick (biscuit mix)

Allow cheese to come to room temperature. Combine all ingredients by hand and shape into 1 in. balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately or freeze for future use.
