Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms

8 large mushrooms
4 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp onions, chopped
1 cup lump crabmeat
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Parmesan cheese
Salt, black pepper and red pepper
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove stems from mushrooms and clean.

In bowl, mix crabmeat, 2 tbsp. bread crumbs, onion, parsley, seasoning and egg. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake 15-20 minutes until light brown.
