2 large ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
1½ cups medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
½ cup medium purple onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips.
