Ham and Asparagus Roll Ups

Ham – thin sliced (want to be able to roll it but not too thick)
Cream cheese
Tony Chachere’s or any Cajun seasoning
Fresh Asparagus

Prepare asparagus by breaking off the tough ends. Place in an 8x8 glass dish with a small amount of water. Cover with Saran wrap. Cook in microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Want to soften but still be very firm. Spread cream cheese on one slice of ham. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Tightly roll asparagus with the ham slices. Best to chill for a couple of hours or overnight to get the most seasoning.
