Oreo Truffles

1 large bag Oreo cookies
8 oz package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 cartons of Baker's Real Mild Chocolate Dipping Sauce (Wal-Mart or Target baking section)

Crush Oreo Cookies (large zip-lock bag and rolling pin). Mix with softened cream cheese.

Place mixture in freezer for about 20 minutes.

Roll mixture into bite sized balls, place onto cookie sheets lined with waxed paper.

Place in freezer for 20 minutes.

Follow instruction to melt chocolate dipping sauce on container. Using a toothpick or dipping device, dip chocolate balls into melted sauce and place onto waxed cookie sheet.

Place in freezer. Once chocolate has hardened, remove from cookie sheet and place in plastic container with lid and keep in freezer or refrigerator. (I keep mine in the freezer).
