Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Crock Pot


1- 4lb pork roast
24 oz Barqs Root Beer
2 bottles Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy bar b que sauce
8 hamburger buns
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Cook pork in crock pot with root beer and seasonings on low for 6-7 hrs or until it shreds easily with a fork. Take pork out and drain remaining juice in crock pot. Shred pork with two forks and discard fat pieces. Place shredded pork and bbq sauce back into crock pot on warm. Serve on toasted hamburger buns when warm.
