Crockpot Lasagna

Crockpot Lasagna
- 2 jars garlic and onion spaghetti sauce
- 1 box no boil lasagna noodles
- Large container of ricotta cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 lbs. ground beef

Spray inside of crockpot with vegetable spray. Brown hamburger meat and set aside.

Begin by laying out lasagna noodles on the bottom (since the crockpot isn’t rectangle, you will need to break some). Place some spoonful’s of ricotta cheese on top of the noodles then spoon over some spaghetti sauce to create layer. Next, spoon in some hamburger meat and top with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Continue layers in same pattern until all ingredients are gone and top with the final layer of mozzarella cheese and some Italian seasoning.

Cook on low 4-6 hours

(I would prefer to cook down some onions to add in and some other spices but I made it pretty simple so the kids would eat it) J
