1 medium can refried beans
1 pkg. dried taco seasoning
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 large bowl guacamole
1 large tomato – chopped
1 small can sliced black olives – drained
1 bag shredded Mexican cheese
1 bushel of fresh green onions - chopped
Mix ½ pkg. taco seasoning with the refried beans in large bowl. Pour mixture into bottom of rectangle casserole dish, smoothing out to line the bottom.
Pour guacamole on top of beans, spreading out smoothly and evenly.
Mix sour cream with ½ taco seasoning package. Spread mixture on top of guacamole, spreading out evenly and covering the entire top.
Sprinkle cheese on top of sour cream.
Top off with sliced tomatoes, olives and green onions sprinkled on the top of the dip.
