Beer Cheese Dip

2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz) pkg Cream cheese, softened
1 packet/1 oz. Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dips Mix
1/3 cup beer
Chopped green onions and shredded cheese, for garnish
Pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables, for dipping

Prep Time: 15 min.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir in cheddar cheese and then beer. The mixture will appear mushy. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight if possible). Garnish with green onions and serve.
