Chunky Gorgonzola Dip

1 (8 oz) carton mascarpone cheese.
1/3 C sour cream
1/3 C chopped fresh chives
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground white pepper
4 oz. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled.
Garnish: fresh chives

Serve with sliced apples, pears or crackers and toasted walnuts.

Combine mascarpone cheese and sour cream in a small bowl; stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Stir in chives, salt and pepper. Gently stir in gorgonzola cheese, leaving dip chunky.

Garnish with remaining chives.
